SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

we do ship internationally! and by "we" i mean me and my local post office.

International orders typically take 6 -12 business days to receive depending on the receiving country. Your package can take longer to receive if your package has been selected for customs check in rare occasions.

ByLilja is not responsible for lost packages that are deemed as delivered by your carrier. 

Import duties, taxes and VAT depend on the destination country. Please check the rates and fees with your local authorities or post office to avoid any surprises upon delivery. If the package is rejected by the destination country, ByLilja is not responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

All shipping times are estimated. By Lilja is not responsible for "late” delivery of any order. 

If a package has been marked delivered but you have not received it yet, please contact us here. Unfortunately bad people and package theft are a reality. In the unlikely situation your package has been stolen, please contact us and we will provide you with a descriptive outline of your package to file a Police Report. This is needed to file a stolen package claim with the delivery carrier.

ByLilja is not responsible for stolen mail as a result of insecure receiving locations provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Please make sure to send the correct address before submitting your order. The customer is responsible for applicable taxes and customs duties.

RETURNS - EXCHANGE POLICIES  

we do believe in love at first sight but sometimes things don't always work out.

Most unopened items sold by By Lilja in new condition and returned within 7 days of delivery will receive a store credit or refund. Items that are opened or used may be denied a refund or store credit. Store credit is valid for all items in the shop.

Exchanges and returns must be authorized by ByLilja. To start a return, please message us HERE with your order number, the product that you would like to return, and the reason for return. We will reply with further instructions.

Shipping charges may be subtracted from the refund if the return reduces the original order below the free shipping threshold of $50 USD.

No refunds on printables or personalized items.
